Quieter sounds

This mod reduces the volume for some sounds that may result annoyingly loud when paired with high sfx volume, specifically:

• The thunder at the start of the main menu;

• The "jumpscare" sounds for losing some minigames like Fredsweeper and Circus Sorter.

• The jingle in the Game Over screen.

That's it basically. I hope I didn't break anything else. I made this simple modification for personal use but I'm gonna share it just in case. I halved or almost halved all of these sounds volumes but not the main jumpscare sounds, because there's already an option for that.
