Cheaper Candy Cadet & Rebalanced Mendo Shop

Basically, I was annoyed at how expensive Candy Cadet was, as well as just thinking Mendo could do some work.

Warning: This mod will 100% give you an overall easier experience, while I do not consider this mod to make the game free or anything, you will definitely have an advantage, so use it at your own discretion.

I also would like to credit @Elatedbrush4637 for uploading the "Fredsweeper but passive income" mod, as it was both the inspiration for this mod existing, and, something I tried doing within the mod itself, just, much faster than his, my idea was to make fredsweeper give you maybe 3 tokens at a time instead of 1, however I never figured out how to do that, and in my attempt to I just recreated his mod without being quite sure how or why.

If this causes you any problems, I am quite sorry, I'm not sure I'd know how to fix them considering this is not only my first ever mod but my first experience with the UMT in general, but I suppose I'll try my best.
