Use this as the route checklist:

These four names are the complete hidden-salvage set used by the Evil Ending trophy. The Ultimate Ending uses the same set alongside the Good and Money objectives.
Why the same-run rule matters
Unlock history and current-run state are different. Previous endings unlock access to the Ultimate route, but the combined route still expects its objective set to be completed together in the new run.
If even one hidden Animatronic is missing, the run no longer satisfies the hidden-salvage portion of the Ultimate checklist. Record each successful salvage immediately instead of relying on memory at Night 6.
Route conflicts to watch
The Good route's masks, the Money route's Talbert Files, and the hidden Animatronics all compete for attention and resources. A standard Evil run only needs the hidden set; an Ultimate run must also retain the other objectives.
When testing a first completion, finish the four standard endings separately before attempting the combined route. This confirms that the save has the prerequisite ending history and lets you practice each objective without stacking every failure condition at once.
